Service policies and terms

1. Requests and confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee a pickup time or book a service. Village Fresh Laundry will contact you to confirm your address, route availability, service, pricing and pickup and return arrangements. Keep your contact information accurate and tell us promptly if your plans change.

2. Pricing and payment

Standard wash, dry and fold starts at $2.49 per pound, with a $40 minimum per order. The online estimator is an estimate, not a final quote. Actual weight, bedding or bulky items, any delivery charges and applicable taxes determine the confirmed total. We will discuss these charges before service. Payment is due at pickup. Confirm the amount and payment method with us before handoff. This website does not collect payment or card details.

3. Preparing your laundry

Bag machine-washable items as instructed for your confirmed pickup. Empty pockets and remove valuables. Tell us about delicate items, special care labels, existing damage or stains, and items needing separate handling. Do not include dry-clean-only items or items requiring specialist handling unless we have confirmed acceptance.

4. Laundry preferences and care

Detergent, drying, softener and folding preferences are subject to care labels and service availability. We will discuss requests we cannot accommodate. Fragrance-free detergent may be requested; an allergen-free environment is not guaranteed. Stain removal results can vary. Contact us if an item needs special attention before sending it.

5. Pickup, delivery and schedule changes

Provide a safe, accessible handoff location and confirm any access needs with us. Pickup and return times are arranged individually. Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel a request, or if a pickup or delivery is missed. No automatic cancellation fee is established by these terms.

6. Weekly and biweekly service

Selecting a frequency expresses your preference; it does not start a paid subscription or authorize automatic charges. We will agree on the recurring schedule, pricing, and how to pause or cancel before recurring service starts. Payment is due at each pickup.

7. Questions or service concerns

If you notice a missing item, damage or a cleaning concern, contact us promptly with your request reference and a description so we can review it with you. These terms do not establish an automatic refund, replacement limit or waiver of rights.

8. Your agreement

By checking the required box and submitting your request, you agree to these service terms, including payment at pickup, and acknowledge the privacy policy below. We record the terms version and acceptance time with your request. Updated policies will display a new effective date; changes do not retroactively replace the terms recorded with an earlier request.

Privacy policy

Information used for your request

The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, community, pickup address, preferred date, frequency, service and laundry preferences, and any notes you provide. We use this information to arrange and provide service, respond to you and maintain order records. Please do not enter payment information, medical details or door codes in the form.

Where information goes

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores your name, requested pickup date, service, order status, tracking reference and dated terms acceptance in the tracking database. Your full pickup form, including contact and address details and the acceptance record, is submitted through FormSubmit to our business email. These providers process information to operate their services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and FormSubmit's privacy policy. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them.

Tracking and browser storage

Anyone with your private tracking reference can view the order status and update times, but the public tracker does not display your name, contact details or address. Keep the reference private. This website may temporarily remember your latest reference in your browser session. Staff sign-in uses a secure session cookie. The service also uses limited technical records to help prevent abuse.

Records and questions

Requests and acceptance records remain in our order database and business email until removed; this website does not automatically delete them after a fixed period. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We will review requests, including any records needed for ongoing service or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider retention practices may differ.
