How much does laundry service cost?
Standard wash, dry & fold starts at $2.49 per pound, with a $40 minimum per order. Use the estimator for a starting total. Final weight, specialty items, applicable taxes and any delivery charges will determine the confirmed price.
When will my laundry be returned?
Pickup availability and turnaround time will be confirmed when your request is accepted. This preview does not promise a specific delivery window.
Can I request fragrance-free care?
Yes—select fragrance-free detergent in the request form and describe any sensitivities or special instructions. Availability must be confirmed. We cannot promise an allergen-free environment.
Can I set up weekly or biweekly service?
Yes. Select your preferred frequency when requesting pickup. The service schedule, price and any pause or cancellation terms must be agreed before a recurring service begins. Selecting a frequency here does not start a subscription.
Do you wash comforters and vacation-rental linens?
You can request bedding, linens and vacation-rental service. Include the item types and quantities in your notes so suitability, capacity and pricing can be confirmed. Bulky items may be priced separately.
What should I include in my pickup?
Request service for machine-washable items and flag any special care labels. Do not include valuables, dry-clean-only items or items needing specialist handling. Confirm item acceptance and bagging instructions before your first pickup.
Is my pickup confirmed when I submit this form?
No. Your request is saved for tracking, and your pickup details are sent through our email service to Village Fresh Laundry. We will contact you to confirm your requested date, service details and pricing before a pickup is booked.
